Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas work differently to traditional saunas. Instead of heating the air within the enclosure, infrared saunas heat the body directly. The result is deeper tissue penetration. In an infrared sauna, the body perspires and receives all of the healthy benefits but avoids the harmful and extremely hot air of a traditional steam sauna. Infrared Saunas work by heating the body directly, penetrating 4 - 5 cm into the skin, creating a cardiovascular workout whilst removing heavy metals and toxins via sweat
Compression Therapy

Cold water plunge therapy has been used over time in many cultures to aid in physical recovery and mental strengthening. Many ice baths on the market don’t get down to 0 degrees celcius, With the tub at Recentre, you can really push your limits by plunging at temperatures as low as 0°C (32°F).Requiring just 3 minutes of immersion to reap the many benefits of ice bath therapy, this can include relieving sore or aching muscles, reducing inflammation, increasing metabolism, aiding sleep, supporting the central nervous system and immune system as well as reducing stress by training the vagus nerve linked with the parasympathetic nervous system.
