With a solid foundation built in a physiotherapy sports clinic, he brings a unique expertise to his practice. While adept at supporting athletes in reaching their peak performance, Aldrick warmly welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment for all clients. His goal is to provide targeted treatments that not only deliver results but also promote overall well-being, catering to the needs and aspirations of both athletes and those seeking everyday relief and rejuvenation.

    Cency’s motives for treating her clients stems from her passion to empower and educate them about the biomechanics of their own bodies. She acknowledges the body in its unity and adapts techniques that encompass the importance of correct balance of muscular engagement and postural alignment.

    Her background in dance and pilates is a primal tool for understanding the significance of treating the body as a whole; looking at the influence of fuel, sleeping patterns and exercise to advance recovery.

    Cency is proactive and passionate about the use of deep tissue and sports massage, dynamic stretching and fascial release techniques to promote a specific treatment for her clients.

    Jana likes to take an individual approach to her clients, tailoring treatments according to their specific physical and emotional needs.⁣

    ⁣Combining different massage techniques to deliver a unique experience to each client every session.⁣

    ⁣She incorporates the power of breathing into the foundations of her treatments, which are based on sports and remedial massage with use of passive stretching and active release techniques. ⁣⁣

    She loves hitting the surf and loves the ocean which flows well into her style of massage.⁣

    Marianne delivers the best guest experience for anyone that walks through the studio doors. She is instrumental in ensuring that everything flows well at the studio which makes our practitioners do what they do best.

    Get use to this beaming face greeting you on Fridays and Saturdays. She'll be assisting us with bookings and helping you with your recovery appointments

    Marek is a highly skilled remedial massage therapist with over 12 years of experience.

    For those that remember Marek, he is dedicated to helping his clients with a strong focus on rehabilitation and recovery.

    Marek's personal experience with injury has given him a unique perspective on how to best treat his clients. He brings this knowledge with him into every treatment, providing a holistic approach that addresses not just the physical pain, but also the underlying causes.

    Aside from his passion for massage therapy, Marek is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He loves rock climbing, kite surfing, and diving, and enjoys training for life's adventures. With his passion for the outdoors and his commitment to helping others, Marek is a great addition to the Recentre team.

    Angelo’s journey into the health and fitness space began when studying human anatomy and physiology merged with his fascination with lifting heavy weights at the gym. An eagerness to help others enjoy movement safely and efficiently, Angelo pursued a Diploma in Remedial Massage to get hands-on and help people move past the fear of injuries and niggles that come with training.

    Working in commercial and powerlifting gyms, Angelo has worked alongside personal trainers, powerlifting and bodybuilding coaches as well as various allied health practitioners to tailor individualised treatments with the overarching goal to reduce risk of injury and increase performance.

    With a strong belief that movement is medicine, he combines deep tissue massage, with IASTM/scraping, cupping modalities to facilitate the human body’s amazing potential for movement and freedom.

    Celeste started her career as an overseas Physiotherapist in 2014 and since then she has built up her passion in helping others with their recovery pathway.

    Mostly focused in sport injuries and athletes rehab, she has always been interested in sport practice and fitness, and with the aim to mix this with rehab, she has became a PT and Pilates Instructor.

    This gave her the opportunity to join and work as a Soccer Conditioning Coach and to expand her experience in the field.

    She truly believes that movement is the key to have a healthy body and mind, and likes to encourage their patients to be part of their own healing process and working together to find the best treatment possible. One of the most rewarding and exiting reasons to get involved in this journey was about helping either athletes and non athletes to get back to do what they love to do and make a difference at the end of their day

    Luciano started his passion in the health and wellness space by studying Physical education in Brazil in 2006 and now completed his diploma in remedial massage in Australia.

    With a background in personal training, mobility & knowledge of global body structuring/structural intergration, he is passionate in helping people move and feel better, especially if they live an active lifestyle.

    He is a keen surfer and loves brazillian jiu jitsu and wants to apply his knowledge of movement in his treatment modalities

    With more than 10 years experience as a remedial massage therapist, she is focused on helping her clients live better quality lifestyles.⁣

    She has played many years in competitive sports including basketball and tennis, and has experienced many injuries which has helped her understand the impact on why remedial massage is important for recovery and injury prevention.⁣⁣⁣⁣

    She has great intuition in her treatments and uses various modalities to help her clients feel and move better.⁣⁣

    Kat is an experienced flexibility coach who values quality of movement and understands that improving one’s movement capacity is a long journey rather than a quick fix. Not naturally flexible, Kat came to flexibility training at the age of 30 and has experienced the struggles many people face when starting their journey of improving their flexibility. This makes it easy for her to relate to her students and fuels her love for educating and empowering her clients to learn about their bodies.

    Through her technical knowledge and years of experience working with different types of people and bodies, Kat helps her clients move better and get stronger so they can chase the things they love in life without physical restrictions. Kat considers herself a student first and a coach second, continuing her learnings through her own practice, coaching and ongoing study.
