    • Enforcing cancellation and no-show policies

    • Managing memberships and recurring services

    Recentre does not directly store or have access to full credit card details.
    All payment information is encrypted and managed securely by Noterro and its authorised payment providers in accordance with applicable security and compliance standards.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    To avoid charges, we request a minimum of 18 hours notice for cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel within the 18 hour period. This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session. As a courtesy to everyone, we thank you for being prompt. 

    No Show Policy:
    If you do not attend the scheduled appointment, this will incur a 100% no show fee.
