Follow the steps below to book in

  • Once booked, please add in the comments sections “Group A” or “Group B”

  • A waiver will be sent to the email address provided - please fill this in prior to your Recovery session

RECOVERY Session information

What to wear/bring

  • comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and offers some warmth ( it might take you a while to warm up after the icebath!)

  • water bottle and sweat towel ( if you need it)

  • a snack (optional)

  • a towel for after your Contrast Session

  • something to tie back long hair when using the icebath

  • We will provide mats and any equipment you need for the class.

Please be mindful that you will be in a space where clients may be having treatments and keep noise to a minimum when in the Recovery areas.
